Sernik na zimno z truskawkami

Sernika na zimno chyba nikomu nie trzeba zachwalać. Ciasto, które zawsze się udaje. Jest bardzo smaczne i  łatwe w przygotowaniu. Ma lekki i dzięki truskawkom, orzeźwiający smak. Efektownie wygląda i równie dobrze smakuje. 🙂

 

 

Składniki:
– małe opakowanie herbatników
– 5 małych serków waniliowych np. danio
– 3 galaretki pomarańczowe
– 3 galaretki truskawkowe
– 6 szklanek wrzącej wody
– 0,25 kg truskawek świeżych lub mrożonych (mrożone musimy rozmrozić)

 

Przygotowanie:

KROK 1:
Do naczynia wlewamy 3 szklanki wrzątku i dodajemy 3 opakowania galaretek o smaku pomarańczowym. Dokładnie mieszamy do czasu aż galaretki się rozpuszczą. Czekamy, aż wystygną.

KROK 2:
Herbatniki kruszymy i wykładamy nimi dno tortownicy.

KROK 3:
Gdy galaretki pomarańczowe są już zimne dodajemy do nich serki waniliowe i dokładnie mieszamy.

KROK 4:
Zalewamy herbatniki małą ilością masy galaretkowo-serkowej i wstawiamy tortownicę do lodówki na 10-15 minut, żeby stężały.

KROK 5:
Gdy masa na herbatnikach stężeje dolewamy resztę i wstawiamy do lodówki na około godzinę.

KROK 6:
Do naczynia wlewamy 3 szklanki wody i wsypujemy galaretki truskawkowe. Dokładnie mieszamy do czasu, aż się rozpuszczą. Schładzamy do temperatury pokojowej.

KROK 7:
Na masie serowej układamy truskawki (jeżeli są duże przekrajamy je na pół) i zalewamy je zimną galaretką truskawkową.

KROK 8:
Wstawiamy do lodówki najlepiej na kilka godzin.
