Grillowana pierś z indyka w marynacie z syropu klonowego i musztardy.

Propozycja na szybki obiad lub ciekawą kolację. Danie bardzo łatwe w przygotowaniu. Składniki marynaty sprawiają, że mięso jest  kruche i soczyste i ma bardzo ciekawy smak. Polecam wszystkim zapracowanym i zabieganym osobom.

Składniki:
– 1 pierś z indyka ok. 80 dag
4 łyżki musztardy np. sarepskiej
2 łyżki syropu klonowego
4 łyżki oleju rzepakowego
1 łyżeczka bazylii
1 łyżeczka oregano
około ½ łyżeczki soli
½ łyżeczki pieprzu cayenne
½  łyżeczki kurkumy

Przygotowanie:

KROK 1:
Pierś indyka pokrój na około  1 cm kawałki.

KROK 2:
Wymieszaj musztardę z olejem, syropem klonowym, bazylią, oregano, pieprzem cayenne, kurkumą i solą.

KROK 3:
Mięso dokładnie natrzyj (wymieszaj) w zalewie.

KROK 4:
Rozgrzej patelnię grillową i nałóż mięso. Grilluj najpierw jedną stronę około 4-5 minut, a następnie przewróć filety na drugą stronę i grilluj przez kolejne 4-5 minut lub do czasu, aż będzie miękkie i wypieczone.

Mięso można również przygotować na tradycyjnym grillu – czas przygotowaniu zależny od rodzaju grilla.
