Placki tylko dla miłośników cukinii

Składniki:
– 1 duża cukinia
– 1 mała cebula
– 2-3 łyżki mąki (może być żytnia lub orkiszowa)
– 1 cale jajko
– sól i pieprz do smaku
– olej do smażenia

Krok 1:

Cukinię myjemy i ścieramy na tarce na grubych oczkach. Jedną cebulę kroimy w bardzo drobne piórka lub ścieramy na tarce. Dodajemy 2 duże łyżki mąki, jajko, solimy i dodajemy pieprz. Wszystkie składniki mieszamy.

Krok 2:

Na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę z oliwek, lub olej rzepakowy. Dużą łyżką formujemy placuszki na patelni. Smażymy na złoty kolor po obu stronach.
